Join us at the Wickline Center on April 15th for The American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life. This event gives everyone across the world a chance to celebrate the lives of people who are fighting or survived cancer and also to remember those who have lost their lives to this horrible disease.
Participants will take turns walking or running around a path for 18 consecutive hours because “cancer never sleeps,” at least one of your team members must be on the track at all times.
Relay began in 1985 and draws more than 3.5 million people each year to participate and raise money. Anyone can form their own teams and invite friends and family to the event to fundraise in various fun ways from face painting to crafts.
So, if you’ve been touched by cancer, want to help out, or perhaps just enjoy a nice walk near Flagler pier, sign up for Relay today! Visit http://relay.acsevents.org to register your team or donate.
